One-to-one remote Cognitive Behavioural Therapy. 

Life can take us by surprise. We can find ourselves trying to solve problems that don't always have a clear solution. That's where therapy comes in.

If you are struggling with your why, or are looking for new ideas, one-to-one therapy may be just the thing.

Each therapy session is unique. There is no one size fits all. In collaboration with your therapist you will work out the best plan for your treatment. This will be reviewed at regular intervals to ensure you are getting the most relevant care possible.

CBT is proven to be effective for all types of anxiety including GAD, Phobia, OCD, PTSD and also depression and low self-esteem. â€‹
